Lazard Hires Daniel Burton-Morgan As Head of Equity Capital Markets Advisory, North America

Newly Created Role Deepens Lazard's Equity Capital Markets Advisory Capabilities in North America

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lazard, Inc. (NYSE: LAZ) has announced that Daniel Burton-Morgan has joined the firm in a newly created role as a Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets Advisory, North America, within the Strategic Capital Solutions Group, based in New York.

The new role reflects Lazard's commitment to fully servicing clients across all of their capital markets needs. Daniel will play a central role in advising clients on equity capital markets strategy and execution, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, and block trades. His experience spans more than two decades.
